Exchanges or Claims
Unused Product can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase subject to intact original condition and upon producing original receipt. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, claimed or returned.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
We are happy to accept returns of undamaged and unscratched glasses within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for returning the parcel via any courier at their own expense to our provided address. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Steps to Follow:
- Repack the Parcel: Ensure the item is securely packed. Damaged items will not be accepted. Include the following information with the parcel: your name (used when placing the order), your phone number, and order details such as the order number.

Refund Policy for Customized Glasses:
- The cost of lenses will not be refunded; only the frame cost will be reimbursed. This applies if the prescription is correct but the customer no longer wants the product for any reason.
- If the prescription is correct, the lens cost will be deducted as follows:
- For Screen/Transition Glasses, Rs. 1000 will be deducted.
- For Screen + Transition Glasses, Rs. 2000 will be deducted.
- If the prescription is incorrect, the company will recheck it and refund the full amount.
